Terms & Conditions


By enrolling a child in Ginga Soccer School, parents/guardians agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Monthly Subscription Sessions

(For sessions operating on a recurring monthly payment model)

  • Certain Ginga Soccer School sessions operate on a monthly subscription basis. Payments are taken automatically on the 1st of each month via the ClassForKids payment system.
  • Your child’s space is secured only once payment has been successfully processed. Active subscribers are prioritised.
  • Subscription fees are strictly non-refundable. Once payment has been processed, no refunds, credits, transfers, or carry-overs will be issued, including for missed sessions.
  • If your child is unable to attend a session, you may send a friend or substitute child in their place, we must be informed in advance, and they must complete the correct registration forms prior to the session.
  • Subscription cancellations must be requested in writing via email to info@gingasoccerschool.co.uk at least four (4) weeks prior to the next payment date. Payments falling within the notice period remain payable.
  • Subscription pause requests must be submitted in writing and are granted at the discretion of Ginga Soccer School. Any approved pause must be for a minimum period of one full calendar month.
  • Only Ginga Soccer School can cancel or pause a subscription within the ClassForKids platform

2. Block Booking Sessions (e.g. Tuesday Session)

  • Certain sessions operate on a block booking basis and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Your child’s place is not confirmed until full payment has been received.
  • Block booking fees are non-refundable once the block has commenced.
  • Missed sessions within a block are not refundable and cannot be carried forward or transferred to future blocks.
  • If your child cannot attend a session within the block, you may send a friend in their place, provided advance notice is given and full emergency and medical details are supplied prior to the session.

3. Holiday Camps

  • Holiday camps operate on a block booking basis and must be paid in full at the time of booking.
  • Camp bookings may be credited or refunded at the discretion of Ginga Soccer School management, provided cancellation is notified in advance of the camp start date.
  • Once a camp has commenced, refunds or credits will not be issued for non-attendance.

Holiday Camp – Operational Guidelines

  • Registration opens at 09:00 and camp activities begin at 09:30.
  • Parents/guardians must sign their child in on arrival and ensure that all registration and emergency contact details are accurate and up to date.
  • Children must bring healthy snacks for short breaks.
  • A balanced packed lunch must be provided.
  • Ginga Soccer School operates a strict no nuts policy. Food containing nuts is not permitted.
  • Children must wear appropriate sports clothing and bring warm clothing or a jacket where appropriate.
  • Astroturf trainers or standard trainers are permitted.
  • Studded or moulded football boots are not permitted at camp unless otherwise stated.
  • Shin pads must be worn during all football activities for safety reasons.
  • Children must bring a clearly labelled water bottle.
  • Refill facilities will be available throughout the camp.
  • If you have not signed up for late pick-up and arrive more than 10 minutes late, a £5 late fee will be charged.
  • If you have signed up for late pick-up and arrive after 3:40pm, an additional £5 late fee will apply.

4. General Policies (All Sessions)

  • Parents/guardians must ensure that their child arrives on time and dressed in appropriate sports kit and suitable footwear for the session.
  • All participants must wear appropriate football clothing and equipment, including shin pads, for safety reasons. Ginga Soccer School reserves the right to prevent participation if a child is not wearing the correct kit.
  • All children must follow instructions given by coaches and behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
  • Ginga Soccer School reserves the right to remove any child from a session if behaviour is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.
  • Parents/guardians must declare all relevant medical conditions during registration and must notify Ginga Soccer School of any changes by emailing info@gingasoccerschool.co.uk.
  • Children must not attend sessions if they have experienced any illness within 48 hours prior to the session.
  • Ginga Soccer School, its coaches, and staff are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during sessions except in cases of proven negligence.
  • Ginga Soccer School may take photographs and videos during sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. Parents/guardians will be asked to opt in or opt out of photo and video consent during registration.
  • Please ensure you inform us of any medical conditions or allergies when booking. If your child requires medication (e.g. EpiPen, antihistamine, inhaler), this must be provided, clearly labelled, and handed to staff at registration each day. For children with serious allergies, we may require additional information to support a safe environment. Please note, we reserve the right to refuse attendance if essential medical details or required medication are not provided, in order to ensure the safety of all participants.
