Terms & Conditions

• By enrolling a child in Ginga Soccer School, parents/guardians agree to these terms and conditions.
• Payment for classes must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority.
• Fees are non-refundable unless exceptional circumstances arise, subject to the discretion of Ginga Soccer School management.
• Parents/guardians must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations to be considered for a credit or reschedule.
• No refunds or credits will be provided for non-attendance without prior notice.
• All children must follow instructions given by coaches and behave respectfully towards others.
• Parents/guardians must ensure that their child arrives on time and with appropriate kit and footwear.
• Ginga Soccer School reserves the right to remove any child from the program if their behaviour is deemed disruptive or unsafe.
• Ginga Soccer School, its coaches, and staff are not liable for loss, damage, or injury sustained during sessions except in cases of negligence
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing us at - info@gingasoccerschool.co.uk
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• Ginga Soccer School may take photos/videos during sessions for promotional purposes.
• Parents/guardians will be asked to opt in or out of photo and video consent during the sign-up process.
